To complete a Marathon would mean surpassing a level of Endurance.There are various forms of pains ,distractions and overcoming excuses.Pain can range from muscular pain ,ligament injury, pain on the pelvic, knee,ankle, front foot, back foot , Heel, sole of the feet, also pain on the shoulders , and arms .But there are many who overcome these with Goodwill and determination. I have always believed that Mind training to break the mind barriers is very important and i preffered to begin with that.
I have heard about the intresting 10% Theory.
Quite often when people visit a Gym they drop out due to reasons from tracksuits to shoes and tiredness, but people who are not concerned of these tend to stay longer.
Similarly people who focus a lot on speed and stamina fail out while those who are determined to crawl towards the finish line does it.But here its not just determination according to me its about training your mind and yourself that its not going to be a bed of roses but walk above burning coal.
This is all about completion of a marathon.
but to reach perfection its about getting the right actions so as to gain on time and energy.
A log sheet would always be good to keep improving your performance, there by 10% theory can also be applied.
Running has the benefits of Good Health.
