There has been lot more chaos to Delhi half marathon where people complained about how unhelpful the organizers were to the athletes after they finished the half marathon, and they complain about how they struggled to get help from people around.
May be that kid was wearing his dad's bib ....... but how can that photo appear on a certificate.
Is that why people pay Rs 500/- for a registration.
When you have some crap in between like this it is not ranking that you get instead equivalent of a guess.
